Hero Arts: Hello Lovely

Hello!  I'm up on the Hero Arts blog today with a springy card.  I'm featuring the new Color Layering Birds and Blossoms set:

Before you go, I do have a card to share with you.  This one uses the same Color Layering Birds and Blossoms set:

For You: Coffee Coffee

Eeep.  Isn't that the cutest coffee cup?!  It's by Darcie's and the set is called Milk & Cookies.  It happens to be part of Ellen's STAMP sale!

The Tin Pins are an adorable addition to the design.  Definitely NOT a postal friendly design but how can anyone resist all that glorious green?!

It is a challenge to get a photo without the glare...my apologies, just wanted to show how cute that tin pin is:

The pattern paper is by Dear Lizzy - Happy Place, and the wood veneer is Jillibean!

I was inspired by the a Sip & Share Sketch from last week!

I ♡ Naps

There's still time to save on all in-stock STAMPS over at Ellen Hutson, LLC!  I gotta tell you, I'm easily enabled.  I've had my eye on the adorable Taylored Expressions Grumplings and well, pick up 4 of them.  Good grief, they make me laugh.

I also decided to follow my friend Miriam Prantner's lead and use what I have.  I have a TON of patterned paper.  The polka dot panel is Authentique and the kraft polka is Stampin' Up.  The kraft is American Krafts and everything is nestled on Reverse Confetti's Navy.

My card was inspired by the CAS(E) this sketch!

Hope you're having an awesome weekend!

Reverse Confetti: Just Brew It

Did you know that Reverse Confetti has a newsletter?  It's super easy to sign-up and you'll receive notification of sales and special features like, Inspiration Station.

Today I'm the Inspiration Station hostess so I'm hoping you all are signed up but if not, take the time now to pop over there to sign up so that you'll receive the next one.

I do have another card that I designed especially for today's blog post:

I love the colors that are featured in the Warm Heart 6x6 Paper Pad!  I teamed it up with the Just Brew it stamps + coordinating confetti cuts.  The Lacy Scallop Circle has been cut from Craft Foam.

I was inspired by the February SFYTT:

Winnie & Walter: You mean the world to me

I'm super excited to be guesting over on the Winnie & Walter blog today!  I have a couple projects I'm sharing over on there but wanted to sneak peek one of them here.

I managed to play along with a W&W 3rd Birthday Bash Challenge!

Eep!  The Big Hugs with Evelin T Designs is ADORABLE!  I couldn't wait to ink this set up!  How cute is that ellie and monkey?  I did a bit of a watercolor background and then used the You Mean the World To Me Sentiment in black.  I finished it off with a green doily and coordinating clothespin.

That's it for me today!  I'd love for you to pop over to the Winnie & Walter blog to check out my other projects!

Coffee Loving Cardmakers: Don't Worry - Be Happy

I happened to pick up the Spellbinders Hipster Etched Dies .

I combined them with the Pinkfresh Felicity collection.  I really hated to cover up those sweet birds with the other layers...such a cute collection.  The coffee sleeves have been die cut from Starbucks coffee sleeves.

I was inspired by my teamie, Helen.  We're CASEing her this month!

Hero Arts 2017 Spring Catalog Blog Hop!

Hello!!  The Hero Arts Spring Catalog products are now in the Hero Arts online store!  We are celebrating with a hop!  You should have arrived here from the wonderful Wanda Guess' blog.  If not, you'll want to start at the beginning which is the Hero Arts blog!

Hero Arts will be giving away three $25 shopping sprees, drawn from comments left across all blogs in the hop. Please comment by Tuesday, February 21st at 11:59pm PT and Hero Arts will announce the winners the following week.

I was so excited to design some projects for today's hop, my theme is Parisian!

I'm featuring  CM145 Ooh La La:

First up is my Bonjour card:

I combined the Ooh La La stamps + coordinating Frame Cuts with the Nesting Circle Dies.  I kept everything clean + simple but simply had to make those sunglasses have green frames💚

Next up is my Oui, Oui mon cheri card:

I stamped the French Treats out on a watercolor panel with Chalkboard Dye Ink.  I colored the images with Zig Clean Color Markers.  Do you see a bit of the Blush Mixed Layering Panel and gold glitter cardstock?

Speaking of French Treats, I took a macaron class a couple weeks ago and this last weekend my girl and I whipped up a batch:

We learned a lot and have some ideas...so be on the look out.  For our first batch, we love the added sprinkles!  They are Hazelnut with Coffee Buttercream.

That's it for me...up next is my fab teamie, Clare Prezzia!

In case you get lost along the way, here's the full hop listing:
